Refund policy

At Lomiva, we want you to be happy with your journals for years to come. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products and want to ensure they meet your expectations as a small luxury for your everyday thoughts.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our extension of the return policy below:

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the day of delivery to request a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated via email within this timeframe.

2. Item Condition

To qualify for a refund, all returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in a saleable condition, showing no signs of use, ink marks, or wear.
  • For trifold journals, all three refillable notebooks (Lined, Dots, and Grid) must be included and unused.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact us at Lomiva.co@gmail.com with your order details to get started.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the appropriate return address for your region.
  3. Ship Your Item: Return postage is at your cost. Please use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds will be processed within 7 days. The credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges (UK Standard/Express, Europe, or Rest of the World) are non-refundable.
  • International Duties: For deliveries outside the UK, any additional local duties and taxes paid at the time of import are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reclaimed through Lomiva.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during specific promotional sales may be subject to different terms, which will be noted at the time of purchase.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your journal arrives with a defect in the faux leather, gold detailing, or thread binding, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or priority refund.
